1.    Some resorts require additional fees for the use of resort amenities. These fees (if any) are set by the individual resorts and are the responsibility of the individual guest. Most resorts also require a security/phone deposit which is refundable upon check-out provided there are no damages, cleaning, or phone fees. Damages are the responsibility of the guest. Additionally, resorts in some areas require payment of transient occupancy taxes. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the guest.

2.    No pets will be allowed under any circumstances.  Guests may be evicted or denied occupancy!

3.    Guest must be 22 years of age or over, or be with a legal guardian, to occupy their unit.

4.    Only the designated maximum number of occupants will be allowed into the resort accommodations, unless special permission is given by the resort.

5.    Guests will be subject to all rules and regulations posted by the host resort.

6.    All confirmations are final.  Resort bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

7.    Guests arriving at their resort outside the normal hours of operation should contact the resort for any special instructions regarding check-in.  

8.    Should there be any problem upon check-in, please contact Gimmie Shelter immediately at  386-668-7888. Gimmie Shelter reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodations or committing to any costs. Gimmie Shelter declines financial responsibility for debts incurred without proper authorization. If the host resort becomes unavailable due to natural disaster, act of God, or reasons beyond the control of Gimmie Shelter, every effort will be made to arrange alternative accommodations, but Gimmie Shelter disclaims any liability or obligation to do so.

9.    It is the guest's responsibility to reconfirm their accommodations 48 hours prior to arrival.

10.  Payment for reservations is due in full at the time unit is confirmed.  Confirmation will be sent once payment has been processed.  Please BE SURE to advise guests to take all reservations paperwork with them to their resort-there may be critical information in their paperwork that is required for their check-in!
